Rein Vanilla comes from Sri Lanka – the beautiful Island. It is grown in rich soil shared with the best tea and cocoa crops in Sri Lanka. The intense flavour notes of Ceylon Vanilla, no doubt has a hint of Cocoa. We use a cold extraction process that doesn’t harm the flavour notes of the natural vanilla beans we use while extracting and do not add any artificial colouring, additives and preservatives.

We have consciously bottled in an amber brown glass bottle to protect it from UV rays and blue light which helps preserve the quality of our extract.

I usually bake as a hobby but I made the wedding cake for my brother and his lovely wife yesterday using your vanilla. I used the caviar and bean infused milk in the cake and soaked them with caramel vanilla simple syrup. They ended up loving it (or I was told) and the cake was over by the end of the function.
