Our Journey begins in the beautiful lush highlands of Sri Lanka where the rare Vanilla Planifolia orchid blooms and thereafter transforms into the culinary delight that enhances the flavour of your dish. Each flower opens for just one day, and in that fleeting moment, our farmers perform the delicate task of hand-pollination.

Once the pods begin to grow, patience becomes our greatest ally. For 9-12 months, the beans mature under the watchful eyes of our expert farmers. When the time is right, each pod is hand-harvested and carefully cured – a process that takes another several months. Through sun-drying, slow fermentation, and precision aging, the beans develop their deep, complex aroma and flavour, a hallmark of true vanilla.
