Rein Vanilla beans are sourced ethically from the highlands of Sri Lanka. The alcohol-free vanilla extract is made with natural vanilla beans and plant based glycerin and is a completely vegan product. The amber brown glass bottle was chosen to protect the extract from UV rays and blue light and helps preserve the quality.

The slow cold extraction process is used so that the flavour notes don’t get damaged as opposed to using the heat method. Our alcohol-free vanilla extract was created to suit certain dietary preferences and caters to certain cooking techniques. It is all natural, alcohol-free and sugar free.

Ideal for baked goods, beverages or can simply be added directly to your savoury dishes, salads and sweets.

I usually bake as a hobby but I made the wedding cake for my brother and his lovely wife yesterday using your vanilla.
